Overall this is a very nice picture, there's just a few things that seem off..

The neck area/the jawbone seem sort of off compared to the pose. If he is lifting his neck in that fashion, then his jawbone shouldn't be so prominent. If you look at that reference closely, the skin is stretched out over the jawbone, which covers the line that would normally be there if his head weren't tilted up. Also, considering how low the neckline of the shirt is, I think his collarbones should be slightly visible.

I love a lot of the details you added to things like the headphones, but it seems like the folds of the clothing (and the shading of the hair) were a little haphazardly done...try taking more time to draw those out...
